Mama's got some new walkin' shoes.....
I started Rhonna's 21 day challenge(on 2peas)on March 1st, where you pick something and do it for 21 day (takes that long to make it a habit) I am walking and also making a scrapbook about it.
Actually started walking at work with Ashlee & Kellee during lunch last week, lets just say my work shoes(sketchers slip ons) are not for power walking, very funny story ask me about it sometime)

Good for you and you've got some hills around your place!
Amber and I have walked 4 times in 5 days. We walk up and down our driveway which ends up being 1.2 miles, then we go inside and do our ab workout! I keep thinking if we can just stick with it by the time the big 50 hits I will be fit! RIGHT!!! :)
So let's stick with it!!!
