Had a wonderful day yesterday, Amanda our part time hygienist asked me to go with her to Lake of the Woods, where she is one of the lucky few to have a family cabin... Has had it since 1960 and spent her summers there...Well she was pulling her boat out to take over to Klamath Falls for winter storage. First she took me on a trip around the lake, with a history of all the cabins on the waterfront and stories of her wonderful childhood memories...
We then headed to kfalls to leave the boat and hit this adorable antique shop ....
By the time we headed back over it was dinner time so stopped at Rocky Point Resort and had the most fabulous dinner, both had the salmon with dill sauce and if that wasn't good enough the views were awesome !
Treat yourself to dinner and a trip up to Rocky Point during this lovely fall weather , they are open 5-9 Fri-Sun, reservations recommended, we got lucky getting there at 5:00 so snuck in before it got busy.....

Also , I am going to head down to Craft Warehouse at 1:00 today to see who is crowned Scrapbook Queen, good luck girls, hope to see you there.

Great photos! It looks so pretty up there, I've never been to that lake. I need to check it out, and that restaurant's a great tip, too!
