And now his new bride shares his birthday, just one year younger...

Well we didn't make it on the motorcycle today, but got a few things done around home....

My nephew Danny ( Mona's only child) is getting married his sweetheart today at 10:00 at the county clerks office.... he is joining the Navy and wanted to be married before going in so to have all the perks for a spouse...

Mona has taken this news quite well... her "baby boy" will be 24 on May 12th.... so they and some other family members will be in attendence... then a luncheon at Olive Garden... Oh and a toast and cupcakes at Grandma Pat's.....

Wish I could have been there. Best of luck, kids !!!!

A reception will be held sometime in the future.


Also just so happens today is Danny's dads birthday... Happy Birthday Dave !!!

Weekend Retreat

Enjoyed seeing all the girls over the weekend....

Lots of excitement....

Audrey the cocktails were wonderful.....

As always all the food was delicious.....

On another note... got home yesterday from work to find my "C" had a surprise for me... a cute galvanized watering can with a hand trowel, garden scissors and two adorable flower garden stakes oh yeah and a bag of "DOVE" chocolates....will post pictures later. The laptop is at the "shop" hopefully getting repaired and debugged.
