Weekend @ the Oregon Coast

Greetings from Gold Beach

Actually the pics were taken at Harris beach in Brookings..

We got out of town about 3pm and made it to Brookings after a stop at "last Chance liquor" for a couple of bottles of Rum. Went to check out Harris Beach, as you can see, clear and beautiful, took these pics with my new camera lens "C" got me for Christmas....

Went to Wild River for a bite to eat and a pint of beer....

then headed north to Gold Beach and a room at Irelands Rustic Lodges... where I am sitting sipping a rum & diet coke , with a crackling fire and night view of the ocean and my best guy....

Also can I just say how spoiled I am....

had a busy, late work day yesterday and when I got to "C's" at 7pm he had a wonderful dinner prepared with candles and flowers on the table, a chilled beer glass with a Hef and slice of orange, and later while watching tv, rubbed my back... ahhhhhhh I am in love !!!!!

Where did the weekend go???

Friday spent a couple hours at the at&t getting wireless internet service and was due for a phone upgrade.....

so here is what I got.. wireless modem and new phone...

spent the weekend doing a few chores.. did some sewing, C's leather chaps were in need of alterations, took Andy's car down to have tires rotated and balanced...... picked up some things from the "old" house.....

was a little to busy to get to a blog update till now.......

Everyone pretty much agrees that we had a great time at the CROP......

Can't get on the internet at the apartment so this will have to do.

This great guy has offered to bring a mobile bar down to the parking lot of the Crop on Saturday..... so if we would like an evening cocktail we can have one..... also should you have one cocktail to many, said you were welcome to crash at his house for the night.....

What's not to love about him....
